Custom Push Bars

A customer in New York came to us in need of intricate bronze push bars for their revolving door entrance. Our drafting and engineering department brought their idea to life! We produced a set of shop drawings for the customer to review and approve. Then, our talented fabrication team hand-crafted and fit specialty bronze moulding to the push bars. We completed the push bars with a #4 satin finish.

Custom Wall Returns

Normally, at the beginning of a project, we receive a set of architectural drawings and a specification reflecting the design intent. In some cases, we are asked to fabricate extremely custom revolving doors and/or components of a door. For this particular project, the architect requested serpentine wall returns tying the door into the curtain wall. 

Keep in mind, our fabricators hand fit, form, and weld most of the material used to construct our revolving doors. Throughout this project, we worked closely with both our glass supplier and the customer to ensure the door exceeded expectations. Once the door was fully fabricated, we knew the installation would be challenging. We were able to communicate with the installation team onsite, from our factory, and assist with completion of the project.
